Hi Derek!

Here are three versions...

 

1) Macromedia Breeze Version

(I know you said you have tried Breeze but Presenter is the newest version of Breeze so I created a Breeze just to compare to the Presenter)

 

2) Adobe Presenter Version

 

3) Impatica Version 

 

*Note: Breeze no longer exists or rather it does but is now Presenter.  Presenter is available in Windows version only.  Impatica is dual platform.

On the surface there appears to be little difference between Breeze and Presenter however the file size is vastly different! 14 MB vs. 4 MB. Impatica is 3MB.
